it was boring, 650hp fiestas doing doughnuts around 100k+ lambos is boring, i wont be happy till KB does this on an ice skating rink above an active volcano with lazer beams attached to his car. This ruled, be happy lads!!

A free video on the internet didn't entertain me enough, think I will have a moan and pooh pooh it sitting at my computer desk Next time they should make it better and pay me to watch it, maybe a free Monster or a pair of DC's for my trouble

I just indicate and come across these days .. They eventually move The art is giving them plenty of warning and not looking at them. Never been tooted at as most people get that the situation leaves no other choice.

Japan is funny like that, they imported Euro only specials in LHD form because it is considered to be luxurious. odds are, that would be a dealer spec M3 too.

It's 1190kg (that's 300kg of batteries mind you) full carbon fiber chassis. Personally I think for an electric car BMW got this spot on. http://jalopnik.com/the-bmw-i3-is-officially-much-greener-than-almost-every-1462999376

From the photos those seats look like the E30 M3 Evo II or Evo III seats which are schweeeet!! And if they are what I think they are they would push the price up a considerable amount, not down. After following prices on E30 M3s for a while I would say this is car is worth every penny of that $39k, due to it's condition and the overall spec of the car - good colour, great interior, some nice goodies - still pretty stock. Only thing that lets it down is the gearbox which I am pretty sure is not a dog-leg (Jap spec was 265/6 overdrive box), which is more sought after by collectors. Wish I had the cash to buy it... and far too nice to convert into a race car, so I would need another one for that!!

Didn't notice the seats... They look to me to be recovered Recaro's from a Honda Type R! Looks well done but given that it's non standard I'd think that would bring the price down.

^ This! I was always a very tolerant driver in the UK. 13 years in New Zealand and I now loathe most other motorists. Courtesy is so rare here.

True, and I'm not surprised - the average quality of driver seems to be dropping here. Courtesy and common sense for the most part are non-existent. It's a tough mindset to change, but it needs to change nonetheless.

Hehehe. To be honest, I'm sure the hype and all that from the videos generates plenty of revenue and a lot of it will be paid for by sponsors... Sponsors who will sell lots of sugar water and shoes!

I miss the haptic feed back. also, my cousin's '10 X5 in oz had the CCC as standard, boy does it suck. for the m3, the CIC tightens up the experience.

Youre not doing it right ... switch off DSC, left foot brake stand to balance and mash the pedal .. = 11s The main problem in an e39 is once you start going sideways its aint no 3 series .. hard to stop the slide with its aircraft carrier spec ass swing

Similar but would want to fit the OEM unit from the facelift models. There is one I'm negotiating now so we'll see how that turns out It didn't bother me until I spent a day driving Mum's X5 and damn, it's just so much better. Smoother, faster, more user-friendly. And looks a hell of a lot better too CCC/CIC comparison: CIC: Here's someones retrofit if it interests you: http://forums.m3cutters.co.uk/showthread.php?t=43578

You're referring to a tech2 kit right? Man, looking for these is like house hunting. Everyone spends a whole heap of time looking around but the prices for similar things always end up ludicrously inconsistent. Time and place I guess!
