This thread is hilarious, at least I know that I'm not the only one who has a brain explosion every time I drive in Auckland's traffic. Add to that list: Old people in micro cars that usually "just pop to the shops" who exit the city en-mass at the weekend to crawl along the roads on the way to annoy their children and their families for a "spot of lunch". People with spotless Ford Rangers and VW utes which look like they're preparing the the Dakar Rally. I know the car park at Farrow is wet in winter and has a crappy incline at the entrance but you can still get your free range chicken for Rupert and Victoria in a normal car. People in cars which obviously have Bluetooth systems yammering away with a phone held to their ear or writing a txt essay and missing the lights. If you're a baby boomer and find all this talk of Twitter Tube, Bookface and Snap9gagchat confusing; just ask your kids - they'll hook your phone into the car for you.

Guess what.......SOLD........... not 10 minutes ago. For the price asked. And yes, someone DID contact me and ask that. If you did not know the e30 world and saw the condition of it, maybe it would be a legitamate question.

Yes. you asked . Seriously though - they'll probably look cheap/nasty/ghey in real life: $300+ can probably be spend on something that's poked: Cooling, suspension, cup holders, headlights, Vanos etc

I don't get out much. So when I do its just more apparent how much we suck as drivers, even more so at the moment as I have been oversea's for three weeks ridding on two wheels in south east asia and ironically the tourists in my group were the worst drivers, I only fell off once! When it comes to f**kwits jamming on brakes, nothing makes them do it like a cop car with its lights on for no apparent reason parked on the side of the road. I just about swerved into the cop on the weekend coming over the hill by the Manurewa on-ramp, I literally swerved three lanes at 100kph to avoid the impending crawl. The cops have us so scared that we all just jam on our brakes even when we are not speeding. I am also wondering why so many other motorists are offering me hand jobs all the time, they literally wind down the window and start gesturing a hand job... some even offer to slip me a digit. I don't mind these type of drivers, they seem nice, most like to slow down in front of me as so I can be sure to see what they are offering, some even follow me.

Problem solved after filling up w/ 98 at mobil!! No more rattle, i'm very glad I didn't have to get into timing. At only 15c more per litre it works out to be about $6 more than 91 per fill, nothing to be alarmed about at all. Also, should I be worried about any damage that occurred while running it on 91? I really hope I haven't done anything harmful.

With all that power I suggest a Quattro badge to supplement your handling. It gets a bit wet and windy in Wellington.

That would be my car........I think the price is reasonable, considering the gear that's on it and the condition it's in which is not a tired old e30 that's been thrashed within an inch of it's life and is now a worthless POS,which unfortunately or fortunately depended on how you look at it, is becoming more common. If someone broke it down for parts they would still win. Anyway...I have had good interest, I do realize that selling cars is about what the market is prepared to pay, not what you think it's worth, and I think the price I put on is a good starting point. Besides you will see that I have reduced the price to better reflect that market. And yes, it may not be a more popular 325 manual, or similar but it still has a place in the market. Cheers

New Boot for her today. Unfortunately the current one had clear coat fading, a missing lip, and the badge was placed incorrectly and reverse lights fog/faded over. So picked me up a new one! With all necessities attached and intact paint (Will look a million bucks after a cut and polish) First two photo's are of before (still on the car) Will pop it on tomorrow

Don't get me wrong its a nice car. The end of year festivities have destroyed my bank account. I would buy it, and drive that sick, old school ass back up to Auckland. Daily that sh*t. Ahhh dreams are free.... New page bump!
