  2. Haha I took out my lead the other day and went slower
  3. Yeah blood is a bit of a reality check huh. Thats from where the gaurd rail sliced off the poor drivers legs.
  4. Check the rubber bush that connects your steering column to your rack. Quite often they are worn out. See it quite a bit in the E30 series cars. The E30 brakes are quite adequate even though they are only little single pots. Though much lighter you should see where the E30 cars hit the brakes at the end of the Puke straight. It is a great way to scare the sh*t out of unsuspecting passengers. If you focus some more on the handling of the car you can compensate for the lack of power. I love harassing the Silvia's and Civics in my 320 series car at Puke.
  5. Son't Samsung make all the components for most of the brands bar Sony?
  6. Stole this from GP who linked to E90post. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=332375
  7. Haha Glenn you should send yours in mate. Yours is ten times better looking than that one!
  8. Hey your car looks really good. Have a white 4 door in perfect nick in my garage that I need to finish a manual conversion on. Quite like the wheels and ride height you have there.
  9. Ah nah yours was stuffed. Haha.
  10. Ah bugger forgot to check the post. Will get in contact with you guys.
  11. I am only a victim of dirty tactics and lies. Not of anything else. Nor did I state I was. Our cars are owned by the trust. And were paid for by the trust. I don't actually own a car myself at the moment. Just don't expect any leniency from the courts like I did. Especially if there is commission involved. This is the first time I have experienced it. And did not expect a sh*t storm of lies from a sworn in court officer. Heads up for anyone else that has not dealt with them.
  12. I will start off saying that I have been a bit of a muppet and have left two unpaid fines with the courts. One for $200 and one for $100. 114kph passing a truck and doing 61 in a 50. Bad luck boo hoo. Being a student (now jobless) with no income I called the courts at the end of last year to organise a payment scheme of about $10 a week. They declined and wanted me to prove I earned no money. They wanted $50 per week. Since then I forgot about it all. And had no further letters or contact from them. Today some huge lady turns up stating she is here to collect my 318ti. As you can imagine I was thinking WTF I own a 540 not 318. She points out my sisters car. Then shows me my name registered to it. I then realise that once again the awesomeness of the LTSA has screwed me. All our cars should be registered under the family trust. Somehow this one has been left out. And because I was the one who registered it last time for my sister they think it is mine and want to take it. Once again I don't have any money. So she tells me that she will clamp the car until the fine is paid. I agree to this as I know it is just a mistake and we have proof of this mistake stating the car should be under the family trust. But once I tell her it is a mistake and that I can sort it out today and that the clamping suites, she changes her tactics. I then quickly realise that she gets commission for these jobs. After quite an obvious fake phone call to her boss. She states that they have to seize the car. Straight away I call her bullshit and she gets quite defensive. I then get angry because she is not going to clamp the car or give me any time to sort out this easy and obvious mistake. She knows that if I can fix the blatant mistake and that I will no be paying until I get an income. Thus meaning she doesn't get her commission for retrieving the funds. So I was forced to use my fathers credit card details to pay her. Or pay the ridiculous extra towing and storage fees until I sort it out. (Around $200). I then look up the registration details and find that just because a car is registered to you does not legally make you the owner of the car. It just makes you responsible for that car. The lady had lied to me stating that the law states if the car is registered to me it is legally mine. I had every intention to pay my fines once I had employment. But due to the lies and filthy tactics this lady used I was forced to borrow money from my father. Thank god I was able to do so. If not my sister would loose her car. Now I bet I won't be getting any family xmas presents this year. And I don't have a $ to my name anymore. Moral of the story Don't get fines. If you do get fines, rob a dairy to pay them off if you are not employed. Or sell a kidney. Would be less hassle. Don't trust court employees, just because they are sworn in, does not mean they won't BS you to get their commission. Double check any info the LTSA has on your cars. They missed three words on my sheet. (The *** Trust). I am however making a formal complaint against the officer. As even the lady I called at the courts agreed that it was unfair. Not expecting anything from them though. They have their money now. They could not care less who is being harmed in he process.
  13. Just thought I would add something to this. On Sunday I was at Hamton. And was sick of the massive understeer I was getting. I removed my strut brace as a test and dropped 1/2 a second. Car turns in a little better. I think the old girl needs the flex.

    www.sella.co.nz

Yeah people really need to get behind another site. Even if it is to just get the monopoly to drop its prices.
  15. Man what the heck is wrong with me. Love all the bands the guys are from. HATE! Their new songs. But so many people seem to love them. Haraki does not shut up about them.
  16. Hey guys. Extremely pissed off with Tardme at the moment. So went looking for an alternative. And found trademe again. But Free and called Sella.co.nz. Good points Free Lets you list your mobile and other details in the auctions Same user interface as tardme. Free I reckon we need to support little ones like this. Trademe just gets more and more expensive every other day. And some of their rules are set purely because of greed. www.sella.co.nz example http://www.sella.co.nz/motoring/auto-parts...-wheels/54c64h/
  17. Due to some tosser reporting my trademe auction for contact details being avalible, I now refuse to place anything through those greedy wankers. They are only going to get more expensive if you continue to use them. Support similar NZ owned sites. www.sella.co.nz it is just like Tardme but without the rip off wanker overseas owners. Sorry for the explicit rant. Auction for the wheels http://www.sella.co.nz/motoring/auto-parts...-wheels/54c64h/
  18. Hey if anybody has some non Wofable or stuffed R888's from their series car could I please grab one.
  19. Have wondered the same thing. There is a plate that I want that has not been on a car since 98. Thing is I use to know the owner. And he has since gone back home to Japan. And have lost all contact.
  20. Mine. And yes been in the FS section for a few days.
  21. Just because it has low kms doesn't mean it will become a collectors item. Especially being a 4 door drab grey 316. If it could be a PFL and auto also, it would be the least desirable E30 model available. So it is only two steps from that point. A collectors item is something that is desired. The more it is desired the more valuable it becomes. IMO. Can never see this machine ever being desired. It was just one of the lucky ones that rarely saw sunlight.
  22. What the sh*t. Pay me $4500USD and I will put in an S15 SR20det in a week. sh*t that is a rip off. And some of the most disgusting work I have ever seen.
