Hi Beemabrruss...... For sale: 2002 BMW E39 525i 202XXXkm M54b25 engine This sad SAD time has come I have delayed this for 3 years. She parks at home under cover and rarely gets used. One of the Beema has to go to add to the house deposit. I imported a Holden L98 V8 with a T6060 manual gearbox from Australia to give her the power she deserves but just didnt want to upset the way she is... So a Nz new e36 came up, and the LsBeema was born. Anyway... Im an Automotive technician here in Mt Roskill, Auckland Bought the car 8 years ago with 160xxxkm with certed coilovers. Automatic transmission packed up. Manual conversion was done. 523i donor. Regularly well serviced with the engine oil flushed each time. Replaced Air, fuel and cabin filters, iridium spark plugs, drive belts, gearbox & diff oils, wipers blades. Crankcase ventilation valve kit and hoses, oil filter housing gasket. Maf sensor& throttle body cleaned. Expansion tank, radiator cap& hoses, cooling system flushed with new coolant. Pressure tested. Front shocks reconditioned, front lower control arms/bushes, rear lower control arm bushes, rear sway bar links. Cool blue Hella bulbs. Headlight adjuster kit. LED number plate bulbs. Front brake pads with rotors machined. New brake fluid. Rear pads just below half. Handbrake shoes cleaned, inspected and adjusted. Replica AC Schnitzer wheels, resprayed,18×8,5 et13, 245/40 Firestone TZs all round. Hubs cleaned & lubed. Numerous wheel alignments done to get the tyreware at its minimum. Locking ring added to rear spring, so 8- 10 mm height added🙄.all temporary. Fuel reg relocated for cold inducted air box...soo looking forward to the design of that, dont know whether itll duct from underneath, relocate horns to right, or from kidneys. Shifted filter. Enough clearance. Have a stainless shield. After fuel sector done with P clips fitted, then to heat shields. Will modify headers to lift exhaust by 15 -20 mm...WHAT A STAGE GUYS...!!! Perfecting...well trying to...final completion of this project for the cert. 🤗🤗😎😎

4 hrs full removal and fit crossmember back. Milwakee, hoists and me customising 95% of conversion needed for quick removal...oh yea...and strenght too😁😁

One of the most rewarding days of my life. Final fix & tidy before cert inspection tomorrow. So rewarding. The wash yesterday, remembering the first wash.of the car 3 years ago, and now she sits all this work done to her(around 600-700hrs). Around 4 hrs of repair today, with the final wipe down being the highlight. WoW!! Straight up!!!

Dropped the back by 10-12 mm... Liking the look...will align and test the handling...after the cert that is..😎 Cant wait to stiffen up this suspension and chassis..

Thanks man. Shes got this Muscle look now at the rear...to suit the tail pipes..much better than those stretched 215s...drastically changes the Beasts appearance and drive. Couldnt push her much being new threads...but sticking much more to the tar.... So impressed.. Running 34 psi...

No rubbing, will drop 10 mm in rear. Modify guards with panel an paint. Pushed her abit...she grips way better.

Made the freakin tool...185.8mm...so +1mm rod needed

Stage 2 cam, chain & gears, high performance lifters, going to measure pushrod lenght reasons being milled .15 thou of heads, took of valves and base of new cam different. Trunioun bushes and centers fitted, owner of ute didnt want port, polishing heads and porting of thottle body...so ill definitely do them on mine, otr induction, complete dod delete, hsv headers and cats, lower temp thermo cos ls loves heat, drilled holes to help bleed...ticked me off how long they take to burp...
