does anyone know if the front springs from an E30 fit in an E36? both cars are 4 cylinder. cheers

My car failed WOF and I need to replace both front control arms or just the outer balljoints. Anyone have some or knows where I can get these?

i wasnt able to find the vin plate but i seem to have fixed the problem. I just disconnected the battery poles trying to reset the ecu and the light was gone and gearbox was shifting fine after i put them back on.

I just bought a 1991 318i which i think has an m40 motor and is an auto. At the moment there is a light on the instrument panel that is constantly turned on when the car is running.Its an orange light underneath the service indicator lights.It kind of looks like a sun or a gear with an exclamation mark in the middle.Does anyone know what this is for?. Also the transmission of the car does not seem to be shifting. it is very slow too pick up and have to have the car revving abit to get it to move, once its moving, it seems to run fine but the gears dosent shift. I've checked the transmission fluid and its black but doesn't smell burnt. any ideas? any help would be appreciated.

I haven't really contacted anyone but would you happen to know how much roughly they would cost from the wreckers? Mine has got a couple of rips on the cloth about an inch long for both the bottom and back pack part. None of the foam inside is comming out though but the rips look real straight as if they've been purposely ripped.

sorry dude i just found me a seat...not in the best condition but it works...im still after the other parts though.

i'm after a front driver's seat or even a pair of front seats depending on the price, i'm also after a manual window winder and plastic bit cover thing that goes where the auto gearshifter is and complete driver's side door with trims and fittings. all parts needed for a 4 door e30.
