  1. Yeah, looks the same as your image (well, without the IR LED) - but the description says it's RF. I don't mind the IR, range is fine for me, and it means no accidental pocket unlocks lol; only thing is with the RF you would have the trunk release on the fob also, which could be nice.
  2. Would you be interested in selling one?
  3. If you mean listing 1787511103, that's sadly an RF one, not IR - already hunted around on there
  4. Hi Everybody! I'm trying to track down one of the old IR key fobs (early E46) so I can have remote locking - but I can't seem to find a decent priced one anywhere. Does anyone here know where I can find one? Doesn't need to have a blank blade, all I need is the infrared remote.
  5. Apologies for hijacking the thread, but I am also trying to identify what key I need for my E46 - all I have currently is the one key with the single button that operates a little LED - Is there an easy way to figure out what blank remote key I need?
  6. Thanks everybody - all your input was most helpful. It turns out that it was the airbag module in the centre console as Andrew suggested - replaced and codes cleared now - light is off!
  7. Hi Everyone! I've ended up with an E46 with the airbag light on, and from looking around online, it appears that a common cause is some module under the passenger seat. I went under there, and there are wiring connectors, but they're not connected to anything, and there is no module at all. My question is, was that module installed on every single E46, and someone's removed it - or was it optional, and the light is caused by something else?
