Can you do an rss for view new posts?

haha unfortunately no, what you could do is enable email notification in your control panel but i think this only works for topics that you have posted in or started.

actually there is rss, but it's for new topics i think, problem is it'd get soo messy if it were for new posts you would get sick of it very quickly

15 mins i think i set it to.

It doesn't give many options. I don't think i'll be able to do every new post, only every new topic.

You can subscribe to topics, but need to visit the forum page to be able to do so.
