I would say that makes much more sense ... Plus is there anything mechanically wrong with the car ?? drivable ?? if so .. then the cosmetical side of it doesn't really matter ... It is a palmy boy after all - and as sparkle said, they do some really dodge stuff to cars, I saw a 70s Merc when I was down there in my DX that had no springs - it was about 10mm off the ground, no exhaust and that sort of thing.... to call it a crying shame is an understatement, cos it was one of the big old nice ones!
