Jungle2 for sale again

Recommended Posts

hahaha - it doesnt need a new gearbox - the gearbox + engine mounts are urethane - slightly harsher than rubber!

Gus - did you put the gearbox out of my old E30 in it?

If so, it was reasonably newly rebuilt, and the "whine" was the synthetic fluid that was used in it (made it sound whiney). Gavin Bellar, when he still had his BMW garage, rebuilt it for me.

Cheers

Grant

It's still for sale, so hit him hard with your offer again.................

Its a buyers market in the car biz, even when your dealing with collectables...........

Stopped into the dealership today and spoke to a salesman who said it sold a few weeks ago for $12k. Did anyone on here buy it? Apparently he traded a Mondeo on it...

Simon, I thought you were going to keep my Mondeo "problem" quiet... Sold the nice car in order to buy a house, never bought the house and still have the sh*t car... Hmmm. Mind you, not a bad car for the money (its an '02 and cost less than what some people want for their pedestrian E30's)

Anyways... thought someone may know of an ex mondeo owner who bought the M325i? Maybe we will see it cruizing down Queen Street with an FPV cap on the parcel tray?

The Mondeo was comfortably boring.

And no, you won't see any caps on the back parcel tray.

I must thank Gus for convincing me via email to get this car. Years ago I missed out getting another M325i and really regreted it ever since. Always had a liking for BMW cars and this is my first one.

Dan.
