323e30 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 wanted to buy touring wagon e30 or e34 Not keen for a 4 wheel drive one tho. only really keen for rear wheel. and must be 6 cylinder. prefer a manual must be stock standard, dont want a hacked up one, but lowered on tastefull rims is all good. pm me with prices ! cheers. 323e30 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 there is an E34 on trademe at the moment i think its very stock,but an auto i think yeah ive seen a few e34s but there all auto's or the ix models, the red one has faded paint on the roof and the grey one is just ugly, No one seems to have any e30's up for grabs? i put bids on the blue e34 on dtm rims but he mentioned that the gearbox takes time to warm up at first and its the japa box so its a ticking timebomb ild say. Don't see many good ones around now. yeah , its in hamilton so i havent been able to inspect it, and he said the gearbox is clunky till it warms up. it looks good tho but i really dont wana get stuck with a lemon. its got the dreaded jatco auto box in it so the clunk could be the beginning of the end. BM WORLD 1258 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 a freind of mine has a nz new 92 520i touring . auto is slipping car body is pretty good . grey seats are ok , hood linning needs work . double sunroof . burgandy colour std wheels etc reg has lapsed . std car 130-140k or so .
