Awesome dude! I can hear the CFD nerd's stirring in their boots with all their vortex and boundary layer theories!

Check this out if you dont have a simulation tool already: http://www.cd-adapco.com/products/STAR-CCM_plus/index.html

Also, this may give you some idea's. http://www.ziptied.com/forums/index.php?topic=7879.690

Should get out to Hamton and lay some times without the aero for a real world comparison.

Be following this closely!

Don't follow it too closely, progress is gonna be super slow because of this.

I was doing 1:23 or 24 I think - but a a sh*t driver, so can't really be used as a benchmark. I'm mostly doing the undertray because I may as well make a aero'd sump guard and CADing helps me sleep

Rear spare weel well will probably be cut out for diffuser. Will be asking Aero team for help - but apparently magic number is about 11 degrees to prevent seperation.

Chur dude - I want to go composite aka carbon (probably prepreg twill), but I'll hit you up if that plan fails..

One thing to watch if adding the undertray that you don't end up with cooling issues by cutting out that airflow through to the engine. I've heard of this happening to E36 M3 track cars when people have tried to add undertrays. Might not be an issue for an M20 E30 but something to consider
