From what I understand ATW figure is a different beast altogether from fly torque which is what we use to compare different cars with. Atw - is usually magnified by moment couples about the gears/diff/wheels For example, a lot of turbos have 1200nm atw, but are in fact in the 300-400nm at the fly. DRTDVL 0 Report post Posted August 18, 2009 Went for a good drive last night... Car hooks up amazing out of the corners and had both wheels spinning out of a 2nd gear corner. Super nimble!!! changes direction soo soo nicely... The only problem was i was getting use to the car and decided 4th is too long now as 138ish in 3rd is very easy to get to.... I need more power i think also... car started to feel slow towards the end of the drive... currently has 135 hp @ wheels i think the new target will be a min of 160hp @ wheels... So once the hydro lifters, Aftermarket ECU, MAP sensor, and ITB go in hehehe... and maybe 8000rpm it should be alot of fun... but then thats probably about 5+ grand away.. min... but it all will be done! I"ve signed up for the sainsbury road event also.. and will look at doing kemp road also next month... I've manage to score a trailer and dad's explorer so no driving down in the racecar for me... = less likely to get a ticket...
