Pimp White Leather?

Recommended Posts

Hey,

A deal fell through (of course) for a set of black leather sports seats for my E36 coupe. To be honest i'm completely f**ked off. However I am getting desperate for some leather seats as I feel its one of the few last things lacking on the car.

I would like your opinions on whether bone white sports seats would suit the colour of the car.

I'm kinda undecided, although I don't think it would look wrong or anything.

Heres a picture of the leather:

Bearing in mind that the flash is making it seem overpowering :)

And heres a picture of the car, although most of you probably know the colour by now.

I'm keen to hear your opinions.

Cheers,

Nick

Do it.

My personal opinion is that the bone white leather looks nicer than the black leather, just a little bit different to the usual.

Cheers for the quick responces guys. I agree and think it'd look nice.

James, e36 black leather sports seats are soo rare. To be honest black is and probably would be my preference but the white will look different and stand out in a nice way imo.

I think it looks mint, but only if you can get the matching rears and door cards.

White looks good indeed :)

BUT, white is a PAIN to keep clean. Just like white clothes. One small stain or burn (if you smoke?) and its gonna stand out like an Elephants balls.

Will look sweet if you do front seats, back seats and door cards.

Otherwise it will look a bit miss matched/thrown together IMO.

Yeah go white! I have black leather sport seats and hate them- would much prefer a light interior.

Mate has white leather in his m3 and it looks sweet as, just gets mean blue stains from his jeans!

Go for it Nick! Something a little different, and would go perfect with the colour of your car.

Do it, the whole interior completed will look sweet. I am a big fan of subtle factoryishness :D

Im a bit yeah, but then nah and then Im yeah and then nah....I think you'd have to see it together to be honest.

I reckon gof for it, if its the white leather in the photo it looks in great nick and if you dont end up liking it you can always get it dyed black.

It's not the set in the photo. I wish! haha. But the set I'm looking at is pretty mint so should look great.

I hopefully will be checking it out on Saturday if Brent's ok.

And I will post up the results!
