Hello?

Hi everyone! :)

I've realised that I've not told you how purchases will work.

If you go to the website listed above, prices will be in AUD and include 10% GST.

For anyone outside Australia, if you register at the site, it will remove the GST when you're logged on. You'll just have to pay the New Zealand taxes and duties when the shipment enters the country.

Payment is via PayPal in AUD (I'll waive the fee) so you can pay with Visa or Mastercard.

So all you need to factor in is the ticket price ex GST plus NZ taxes and duties.

I'm working on an international site that will live at www.best-exhaust.com when I get budget and time to do something about it... :)

Hi Mike.

How much for a full Titanium turbo back?

Just to give everyone an idea...

Supersprint Stainless turbo-back without cat (not available yet) from AUD$2426.36 (NZ$3060) including shipping excluding taxes and including the discount offered above.

(pm me to discuss in more detail)

Titanium is a bit of a fad. If you want light weight then Inconel is the way to go... :)

For the 911 Turbo, either QuickSilver, SuperSprint or Kreissieg (in order of least expensive to most expensive)

For the E39 530i, the only choices are SuperSprint or Meisterschaft (a new brand I'm in the process of bringing onboard that specialises in BMW)

There are thousands of exhaust systems still to go onto the website, so pm or email me if you have an enquiry for something that is not on my site.

Mike.

I've added a voucher code of NZ300 for Supersprint orders. Don't use it on orders for anything else, because I'll reject them. :)

I've fixed a bug in the checkout for NZ orders, so now shipping is in fact free :)

Cheers Mike.

I don’t agree that Titanium is a fad, if it were surly the top auto manufactures and race teams would use something else. I for one cant afford it

The Supersprint stuff is quite expensive but top notch quality from what owners in the UK report.

Will you bring in parts ie: down pipes and what-not? Maybe send a whole bunch in one big order?

I drop ship direct from wherever I source the parts - for SuperSprint that is Italy. Supersprint is OK, but it's certainly not the best of the best, it's good stuff though... My choice would be Capristo generally... But their range is very limited.

OEM exhausts are rarely made for performance, and race exhausts these days are not Titanium as its not light enough... (we're talking F1 and nascar, etc) It's probably a good compromise for club level motorsport.

bangin

lol who buys exhaust from the dealer?

Best 3 options are

1. Buy from the online OEM websites if you want brand new

2. Find someone selling on a forum and get it even cheaper

3. Buy aftermarket

Wow, a blast from the past reading this post.  7 years later, I've launched a NZ version of the website.  Just posting this here for those who find this post in the Archives.  PM me if you have trouble finding the site in Google.  (don't want to be flamed by overzealous rule-fiends for advertising)

FYI the lighter weight material, Inconel is now available for selected exhausts on the site (they are listed as Inconel exhausts).  Eg. Porsche headers, and some Ferrari exhausts.
