how do i do that? the vitz is ok now has 190+ BHP im using it for the vitz race cup on bspec.

just brought a 89 GTR R32 for 26k does about 450+bhp not fully done up yet. any suggestions on a next car?

Really doesn't matter man. Your GTR will do the job. Save up for R35 GTR if you want. Only 70k and it's probably one of the fastest standard cars in the game. Tune it up and it'll be 750bhp and will easily win against dedicated race cars in races like GT championship.
