If I already have holes in my front bumper for a plate will it have a thread in it? And if it doesn't how can I make a threaded hole if I'm screwing (it into) my bumper

Double sided tape, that's how mine are stuck on, haven't moved in four years.

Are the holes oem or drilled into the plastic trim? If it's the latter it will take on any screw you put into it. If it's the former, off to the stealership with you!
