Have to custom make the inlet manifold, use aftermarket ECU with a map sensor to run the whole shebang, custom crank pulley, and a tensioner bracket to tension the s/c belt. Follow the path and you have a billet crank pully and tensioner assy. Custom manifold removes those awful v12 manifold gaskets that leak all the time and with a little forward planning you may be able to route the runners so the s/c sits quite low in the valley.
