Parasitic Drain e30 Fuses 21, 24, 28

Recommended Posts

Battery has been going flat so tested the battery, alternator was all as normal so tested for parasitic drain;

Caused by circuits;

- 21. (7.5) Interior, glovebox and luggage compartment lights, torch, clock, radio memory, on-board computer

- 24. (15) Hazard warning flasher

- 28. (30) Cigarette lighter, motor-driven radio aerial, independent fuel-burning heater

Motor driven arial stopped working prior to this problem also

After some advice as to how to go about fixing this?

Cheers, Morgan

Sorry to revive a 5 year old thread but did you find out the cause of this?

My 1990 E30 325i has EXACTLY the same fuses drawing current. They're drawing 1.9A with all of them in with the majority being drawn by #21 (~1.8A)

Any update would be amazing.

Thanks
