Alpine White V8 E30

Recommended Posts

Here is a picture from last night of my 1UZ powered 1987 E30 coupe. Finally starting to look good. I'll upload more pictures once I get around to it!

I like this.

Custom build yourself?

Nah it wasn't actually! Brought it with the 1UZ in it. I have far too many receipts for it though haha, looked below par when I got it!

Haha, that saves a lot of work and time. Receipts can be eye watering with projects such as this. It's also easy to look at it and wonder where all the money has gone, but it doesn't take long to add up when you count every small part required to make it all go properly.

Are you based in Auckland? I'd be keen to check this out one day.

It's been raised since the previous picture. Of course they'll look small haha, raised it like an inch and got an inch smaller wheels. Once I get Adjustables hopefully you change your mind :)

'fraid I agree with Jay. Beautiful wheels and a beautiful car but not when joined together IMO. I'm not a huge fan of wheels that are the same colour as the car. Would look better lower but I reckon it would look better if you painted the centres silver.

I'm getting adjusties in a month or two so that's the height issue sorted. I think silver RS's is just too common. I like the alpine white colour coded look, it's different. Cheers for the opinions though, guess it's not everyone's cup of tea
