Dave@nz 11 Report post Posted April 24, 2014 (edited) Hi, I have this new E30 evaporator here which I don't require it came from the states with no packaging in the box and consequently one of the cores tube was dented. I had a go pressurising it and heating the dent which removed most of the dent before putting a small hole in the tube. What it needs is a blob of alloy weld and a pressure test, relative simple job to do and even though there is a dent there will not affect the performance of the gas in the system.
