Hmm all depends on what the reserve is. Could be something silly.

Hopefully some retard doesnt buy it and ruin it with trinkets... I would think the reserve would be too high for that to happen though

Looks to be $9500 which is a lot. Few dollars more and you can have KwS' M3.

Why a s52? Surely there are a lot more engines on the 'to swap' list before you get to a s52.

Would it be sacrilege to transplant a S50 into it?

Not in the slightest! Was the second thought that came to mind, right after 'sh*t thats tidy!'

Do it!!!!! :)

$9400 with almost a week to go... Had no idea any E36 besides an M3 could fetch that kind of money, especially 211K kms on the clock.

I am inclined to agree, though it does tick the 2.8L and manual boxes.

wouldn't be surprised if the buyer gets cold feet after looking what else 9500 can buy

it does appear to be exceptionally tidy though, i think once the buyer gets over the shock of what they paid (and what theyll never get back for it) they will be happy with it.

I could never bring myself to pay that much money for an E36. Unless it had the only thing special one E36 model comes with. An S motor.

But I can imagine there were people in the past who thought the same about the E30 wagon. And look at the stupid money they go for now.

And long may it continue to get stupider!

Crazy price but it does look very nice and tidy. Good photo does wonders in a trademe sale.

No idea why people bother to say stuff like "it was worth $100,000 new!!"
