I'll never know, ECS had them list BMW E36 M3 power pulleys, I brought them, got them but they were Turner Motorsport pulleys. Turner site say they are not for Euro M3 they're mostly right.

Power steering pulley installed OK ,( need it as at taupo driver training showed that the power steering was working to hard. )

The Alternator pulley would have worked, but it was the wrong one. I returned it with a photo of my old one then got another wrong one back,

After further research in the USA my alternator (pulley) is off an E46.

Water pump pulley was way to shallow.

So I be listing the Bosch Alternator pulley and E36 Water pump pulley soon

Update

Installed RTD(cheers John) & DSSR, did it with the drive shaft and exhaust on (idiot).

Photos added, very precise. OEM 1st-----------2nd,  RTD 1st--2nd have got lost a few times 2nd --3rd and 3rd to 2nd.

Need to spend some time training muscle memory

Hi John,

Shifter and DSSR worked fine with normal DD

If you check out page 1.

At the bottom of my photos there is an explanation why I think I'm having problems under hard driving conditions

Cheers Lee

It does have 4 rivets per catch.   2 plates for each catch, sandwiching the plates against the tunnel.

Wow, thats a surprise.  Did the rivets have to be a certain size/specification to pass certification?  You dont happen to be going to Powercruise?

Sorry Lee, there were some specifications but I don't remember the details.

No Powercruise for me mate.

Maybe can can catch up at a track dat sometime :-)

Ive found the requirements for seatbelt anchorage doubling plates, and yes rivets no problem, mustn't be less than two or more than 4 mild steel monel rivets.  Im looking to drop a race seat in my three, i hear its one of the better modifications you can do.

Where's the latest news?

You need to use bigger washers with the engine mounts, discard the ones that came with the kit and get huge (20mm?) ones. Grab some new ones for me too! :)

Edit: I thought they'd updated the kit.

Thanks for the advice, will do.

Waiting on a sheet of Embossed aluminium to make a heat shield.

Photos up of the poly engine mounts removed. And there was a heat shield  in place .............. what a mess

If you have poly mounts exposed to heat, shield them well

Richard was going to go down that track "solid alloy" read a couple of articles where a few (very few) guys had problems with knock sensors etc because of the harmonics.

Not trying to scare you, but just a heads up if strange things start happening.
