Lucan 196 Report post Posted March 30, 2015 I've picked up a little project. M40b18, done approx 140k...Makes this weird winding down whirring noise when I turn it off. Never heard it before? Michael. 2312 Report post Posted March 30, 2015 Yeah.... I would do what Brent suggested. Sounds like the powersteering pump or the a/c clutch sticking, running the pump.. bad if its got no gas!
