What is it with people driving their BMW in the ocean?

I was trying to work out how the hell the "handbrake" failure would cause it to roll... assumed it was automatic... that's pretty poo for a 540iS... guess someone will have a six speed box up for sale soon, with slight water damage.

Saw this car on the motorway the other day. Full Schnitzer kit, exhaust, mirrors etc. Looked pretty tidy, what a shame.

If it's the one I'm thinking of it's genuine but in rough condition.

bloody bmw handbrakes!

Nothing wrong with the system if it's serviced and adjusted correctly using the proper tools and correct parts within the tolerance guidelines
