Period correct headunit e30

Recommended Posts

For all you e30 nuts out there im on the hunt for a period correct looking headunit for my e30 preferably with rca outputs, aux/usb or bluetooth connectivity and reasonable tunability through the EQ.

Any suggestions or units you have found over the years would be fantastic

Thanks

I used a mech less pioneer h/u in my e30. The black plastic was a pretty good match and it had amber lights. Something like this:

I got a Kenwood KDC-700BT for mine, black and you can dial the orange pretty close to your interior orange.

Have thought about making my own from an old unit and new unit.

This has a few nice looking ones in here not too flashy flash maybe a bit too modern for you though.

The JDM nakamichi stuff is pretty good. e.g. the cd-400

I may have something stashed away at home, will dig it out and take pics tonight.

EDIT: Not as 80's spec as i could remember, came in my previous e30, 8 years ago.
