Try" Iron Out" by Auto Finesse. Its made sepcifically to clean alloy wheels. Go to wheelwoolies.co.nz to find the product. It works incredibly well as do all their products.

This, plus a water blaster and a quick scrub. Might take 2-3 goes

Sonax wheel cleaner... it's shifts everything! Failing that, Penrite make a version of the same stuff!

I tried to buy Sonax - couldn't find it. The Penrite store locator found me Penrite stockists (usually a good thing, as I use their oil)... but not their wheel cleaner stockist.
