328targa 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2016 Hi guys. Been a couple years since I've been online. I am busy swapping out my M52B28 for an S50B32 in my Targa car. The oil cooler on the S50 is in a sorry state and want to replace it. I could always opt to an OEM cooler but want to make sure I have oil temps under good control considering I am on WOT for up to 50km per stage. Have a set of AN10 adapters coming for the oil filter housing so can run braided oil lines and this opens up the possibilities of what oil cooler to run. Right now I am looking at a bimmerworld double pass filter that mounts the same as OEM but at US$600 gives me second thoughts. Has anyone got any suggestions on an oil cooler upgrade for race use that keeps oils temps in check? AN10 fittings.
