BMW E34 M5 low k Forsale still

Recommended Posts

Could you verify the VIN? The last 7 digits of the LTSA loaded one doesn't seem to be the correct one, comes up as an R75 bike?

It's an SA version they are all weird vins as knock down kits. Has vin plates with M5 in it. If keen call.

the vin's on SA cars are always tricky. My e30 vin doesn't even come up as an e30. South African cars are a different breed it seems and this one is no different! very very gorgeous! glws

I was hoping you would complete the set!  Look forward to hearing the future project strategy......

Actually after driving the e39 I realised I didn't need the set. I decided that the e39 was more of a daily than a garage queen that would give me the fizz and I wouldn't buy such an old car as a daily next, hence will keep the original and the best ? The e39 is the best all rounder without doubt but misses the drama of the v10 or the prestige of the e28. And the e34 has never spoken to me. Hence something new ??

Oh no I've opened the door to the rage now ? U wouldn't question the associated costs of a v10 lambo, you just deal with it. I kind of feel the same as the m5, only difference is M5's get used daily and do higher ks. 100hp per litre always seems to cause problems in bmws. Buy a Honda ?? I reckon ? They seem to manage ok

I like your thinking.

the e28 is awesome - that is a keeper.

e39 comes alive with shouty exhaust treatment......which I need to do more of.

relisted http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1329462975&ed=true

The perspective buyer pulled the pin after buying on TM when he was told it was circa 30 years old car (seemed to surprise him) and the underneath wasn't polished like the top. Presumably would be driving and viewing it upside down regularly

Ready for sale again. Still paint to be done but am trying to book in as soon as possible.

I look at this auction every day. I don't know why because I can't justify it at this time in my life (or more importantly to my wife who wants a new kitchen !)

But an e34 M5 is the one car I would replace my 535is with and I would love to have one.

Hey fellow M5ers

Thinking (just thinking) about letting my e39 go for something older maybe an e28 or e34.

I don't  really want to list on Trademe (already been Mufan'd) and would want it to go to a fellow enthusiast.

It is 1999 NZ new (Jerry Claytons) 190k and super clean. All maintenance and preventative maintenance done.

Do you guys know of anyone who is looking for a good one? Will want $25-$26k.
