richard 384 Report post Posted May 30, 2017 Riddle me this' I have a 2 piece drive shaft that has a bolt in the centre how do I do it up tight. I brought it in 2 parts so didn't see how it was removed. I think its 17mm. I cant get a ring or a open spanner on it What am I missing here please. richard 384 Report post Posted May 31, 2017 slept on it and had another go tonight. took it apart and wound down the bolt with a socket a couple time then put back together and finger tighten it, brought a flat ring spanner, this then fitted in the gap and nipped it up.
