E34 M5 project, LHD ex Saudi Arabia

Recommended Posts

I think it’d be worth less here than overseas. At the end of the day it’s a LHD 3.6 5 speed (rather than a 3.8 6 speed) to most NZ buyers. I can’t see it fetching much more than $30k if tidied up.

In saying that, I still want it.

Sold for $15,650. Seems like a fair price for the condition it was it and the rarity.

Thanks Brent! Yes I came across those articles - great to have

I'm still debating whether to register it in NZ. I'll see what's required first.

yea I don't think the nz population will pay much for a e34 m5

would be worth more somewhere else LHD countrys etc usa ?

Yes or maybe even Germany / back to Saudi.

I will have some fun with it in NZ before I make any decisions. I’m really warming to the E34.

Yeah saw that just before, interesting that it's offered up for that much less than the bids. ?

Are you sure? I still see the offer to accept or decline.

Au yeah....had disappeared on my screen, but now back up.

Wish it had, then I wouldn't still be tempted...

Maybe there is some issue around title or import papers....guessing.

Hi Alex

Saw your post on M5 Board. What happened with the car?

It's being offered again......any reason we should be wary?

Go on, do it! I would love to see someone return it to it's former glory.
