Very well spec’d for the price. If I was in the market I’d definitely be having a look. (If anyone sees a 740d let me know...)

Personally never seen a 740d E38 in NZ. Plenty of pics in UK and Europe. Definitely rear beast here

Is the front driver side fender a different colour?

Nice car for the money though.

Never been a 7 series fan but I do like the E38 - and what a bargain this is! As some dealers are known to say "a whole lotta car for not much money!".

If I was in the market this would be the driveway :D!

I thought the same - and I'm colourblind lol... worth investigating further.

Luckily, I work just up the road so may have a wee nosey tomorrow :)

If you do go, could you photo the VIN from it? The one reported by carjam seems to not work on any of the decoders I tried...

There is nothing wrong with the VIN number itself, some of them just dont have info available.

The confusion is the vin decode literally decodes the vin number telling you basic information. (see photo)

The options list/build sheet is information on a database and unfortuantely this one's buildsheet must be missing from said database.

Physically checking the VIN will just get you the same number that is recorded on carjam.
