Botany Motor Worx Ltd

Recommended Posts

Botany Motor Worx Ltd will cease trading as an Automotive Specialist repairer as of 12.05 pm tomorrow. It's been fun and there have been special moments which I've enjoyed sharing. But the time has come to enter a different time as the journey continues. I'll be around at the workshop over the next few weeks and may have a few bargains for the special people. Just give me a call first. :thumbs-up:

It's sad (for us) that you're closing, but there comes a time...

Hope you'll hang around here, and that you'll enjoy time away from the workshop.

It's the end of an institution... Glenn you have gone out of your way several times to help me over the years and it has been much appreciated. Good luck with the camper and all the rest the future holds.

Bitter sweet.

Sad that the business is shutting down, but really happy for you and your retirement adventures.

Thanks for all the help and advice you have given me over the years.

Well done Glenn, and good luck!

There's probably a number of things you'll be glad to see the back of, and I'm sure a bunch of really good people you'll miss. Overall, I'm sure you'll feel awesome, once the initial shock wears off!

I'm happy for you! Enjoy it!

Glenn, enjoy your "retirement". Whilst you won't be working at the business I'm pretty certain that you will have plenty of projects that you will be working on that keep you gainfully occupied!

Thanks Glenn for helping me get my BMW 330i M-Sport - I still love the car.

Now to find another reputable BMW specialist who can do my next service.  Not keen on going to a BMW dealer if I can avoid it.

Recommendations?

Curious with this as well, who is the recommended go to now?

I was very happy with Glenns service, have the 330 booked in for a service with BM workshop, is there anyone else out there that has the bimmersport stamp of approval?

P & S Automotive, just off Ti Rakau in 7 Trugood Drive, East Tamaki.

They specialise in BMW and are also BMW race engineers, and race champions themselves. Really please with the service Peter & Sam Ball provide for my E90 road car & E30 race car. Give them a call, good people :)

All the best Glenn,

Thank you for your wise advise on N46 purchase avoidance, I have shared with many friends to protect them too :)

Enjoy your 'retirement'

While this thread's been dug back up @*Glenn* - here's a cool memory of my questionably styled Hellrot facing off against your NZ first Ti + M52B28 conversion (don't quote me on that) down Meremere.

From memory, we faced off twice and had similar trap times and what a bloody good day it was.

And another of you, @BM WORLD and I having a chinwag. Loved that 535i Brent! Good times.
