I wonder why it was stripped? So sad.

It has an awful widebody kit on it. From memory it sold quite cheap as a runner a while back.

Hey Nathan

the ad say's he's stripped the motor out for another project, but just thinking this could be a better platform for the V12 :)

John it looks like the normal body shape they came out with? I'll ask for more pictures.

Ahh I mean bodykit rather than "widebody". The side skirts and rear bumper shown are not factory.

If you already have a shell in good condition I would not bother.

You already have the m3 rear end if I remember correctly, and there is not much difference between the shells. Some m3's had aluminium doors and bootlids I think.

seems odd to take the engine out of what looks like a nice car?

Could be it suffers from really nasty cracking/spot weld failure in the rear floor like a lot of these do. Would definitely want to thoroughly check that.

E46 M3 with a worked v12 would be tits though!

Wow talk about making up your own narrative without any information or knowledge of the car lol

Actually seems like a reasonable assumption.

Nope, arseumption. My cousin checked it out and no signs of cracking.

That's why I said it could be, not that it is.
