This looks nice and at a fair price ... F10 550i MSport in Welly

Recommended Posts

Nah that’s what they are going for, V8s in these have bad rep, specially the early ones. 535i probably a better plan.

Drove one, goes like a cut cat though .

I thought Welly was the home of the 5?

Not a bad thing at all. The F10 is a big car, made the 38 feel small ?

The same thing is going to happen to these as the E60's. Just gonna get cheaper and cheaper until everyone has them!

I reckon the 535i is the way to go if anyone is looking for the F10 chassis. Also dont overlook a modest 528i which is a brilliant NA 3L engine with the lovely 8 speed auto.

They are certainly big cars though, feels more like a 7 series than a 5.

Have you been to this garage...OMG talk about too many cars some thick with years of dust and wedged into a massive warehouse.  Wouldn't like to job to move them around.

They've got an NZ New C32 (low km's not too silly a price) which I saw when I was looking for something for my Dad about 15 months ago. It's still there (nfi why, though $12k for a 16yr old german that looks to most people like their mates Mum's c180 isn't attractive).

Yep - crazy number of vehicles stacked very deep. They just don't seem to be worried about turning over their stock - weird. Not unusual to see cars sit there for >12 months ....

Nice car and reasonable price.  I had a look at a 550i before I bought my M5, didn't drive it though.  It was a bronze colour with dark brown leather interior.  Half of me wishes I had bought it.

535i is fast enough for my wife, but not for me :D

Be glad you didn't.  Non stop complaints on the forums here about them.  It's now a joke to join the side of the highway getting towed club.

Been here 3 years, has 170km on it, no history and 4 owners in those 3 years, what's that ringing sound in my ears?
