Not sure about LWB.

I think there is a double-decker, though.

F*#k, they're making these inconsiderate monstrosities even bigger?

Seriously, the thoughtlessness of people that drive these things in the city or park them on residential roads astounds me.

Yeah... and since I travel through the "GZ" regularly you can bet it will be a nightmare for me!

I dropped a couple of girls ("young ladies"?) off at St Cuths a while back and I was surrounded by a sea of these trucks. Took me an hour and 10 mins to get in and out... ?

Double FA---aarrk 3 metre wheel base and still another two metres hanging over the ends - will turn like a bus - a new class of BMW owner is emerging and clearly one Dave and I will not be running out to join.

Mind you have you driven the latest Toyota Hi-lux I need my distance glasses to see the end of the tray

thats if your eyes don't burn out by looking at the front of a hilux

^^^^ Can't imagine so. The lines are all wrong to start with.

Adding to - the grilles that are happening on these new models are all disproportionate to the vehicle.

Have German designers gone to the Asian brands and vice versa?

Totally out of proportion. The Slab sided rear half looks like a ten year old Mitsubishi version of the Rav4 (unsure of the model), the front looks like some Eastern European or Chinese cheap knock off of what this thing should be like.

And people knocked Bangle, and the AU Falcon.

Can someone photoshop it pink???

Then it would look just like Peppa Pig, wearing wraparound sunglasses.

Regarding the M-Sport kit... Peppa is too young for lipstick, but it might help.

I guess this is designed to compete with the Lincoln Navigator, GMC Yukon and the like in the US market.

My E70 is plenty big enough for me...

More aimed at the premium end of that market, the Mercedes GLS, full fat Range Rover and the forthcoming Audi Q8 and anything else in the "big is good" sector. Very popular in Russia apparently...

All of the pre-release images I have seen upto this one looked pretty good, hope this is some poverty pack edition in the photo as the front is not good, the wheels are too small (emphasizing the slab side) and the colour is awful.

Massive grilles is the new "design language" taking the traditional kidneys to the next iteration. To make the front profile more striking, which is certainly one word for it..
