Hey team - i am looking to swap out my aluminium interior trim of my 2017 BMW X4 F26 for wood?

I know most people do it the other way round but i like the wood...! because i just do.

might be a bit early for someone to have had a prang in one bad enough for it to get wrecked. Have you priced the parts at BMW ?

Thank you for responding. Not an option comes to more than $2,000 : (

looking for someone who doesn’t want their wood trim and would prefer aluminium. Ideally

If you wanted a cheaper reversible option you could get your parts vinyl wrapped

if done properly most would never spot it

since it is such a new car you might want to try if any of the dealers would consider swapping it since as you say, most like it the other way around.

I see you are in Wellington, try Winger BMW, I'm pretty sure they would try to help you out :D

I had a Mitsi Outlander a few years ago with wood internal trim, turns out they didn't do it as a factory option and it was an aftermarket kit that someone had put on, never knew until I came to sell it - they can be very good if put on right - have a look here https://www.dashkitspecialties.com/dash_kits_bmw.html no X4 listed as yet on this site though
