L98 into an E36 coupe.

Phone battery stuffed out. Mounted engine and sorted fuelling out. Electronics...??????freaking hate it. Annnyway...figured out alot...acc pedal , temp sensor, oil pressure and light, fan switches, rev pickup, and morr...so..was worthit. No need for an electician.??...now only fir the freakin ignition wire...to the fuse box...thats where the search begun..

Not paying attention to the build???....are we???.?

Mounted engine to subframe/bench to start up. Have sleeves, tubes, bushes and material to fab up mount when she goes in again. ...oh...was it my fault for not sharing this...ooops...my bad. Any way...pay more attention to the build homs??

Thanks man....you can be in line to take her for a spin and give me some feedback. One of the first will be GodFather- Ray-hellbm...looking forward to his Yay/nays ...so no pressure so far as perferction from my side is concerned..??

4.5 inch or nah......never do research  or calculations as far as bore size ...just thoughts on the look

Could you take a further out photo of that exhaust? From those it looks fine to me.

Definitely would be better with a twin tip, more BMW like. x2 3.0" would be sweet.

thanks......"the Beemer brrus have spoken"...and it does look boy racer/turbo/ghetto with a single...felt it too. ....just wanted something different..The closest relative back in SA also suggested a twin short-long M3 style too...so tomorrow a double 3" observation will be on the plate

......line lock fitment prep for after cert. Steering shaft u joints replacement with mod to hold cups in.
Quick cleanup on Brokotrat engine bay...brake fluid spillage..

Managed to use all original piping by keeping pump low. Just to tidy brakets and piping up. Tomorrow clutch piping and mounts.??

Not sure if I missed it but the perfect partner for 330i front brakes on a e36 is e46 325i/328i rear brakes.

That gives you the best brake bias, and you dont need to mod for the brake shoes.

Done this swap on a mates e36 328i and the 330i e46 fronts and 325i/328i e46 rears made a really good improvement.

Yea read about the bias balance  last year with those brakes... but  the 320mm rears..?????....ok...regulating rear brake fluid pressure...or am I pushing it..?
