It looks nice, but not that nice.  Maybe half that nice.

I know the car and owner (and previous owner) well, and it is in amazing condition.

very, very hard to put a price on it as it's no normal 318i Coupe, but it's not a genuine Alpina either.

Genuine staggered 16" Alpina E30 rims.... Yum.

Take the rims off along with the front spoiler and gear knob and you have a $5k-7k normal E30 318i coupe.  Those extra bits are worth 6k max.  So, $10k-12k would be a realistic asking price.

A mint condition 318i manual coupe with M-Tech II kit would go for more than $5-7k would't It?

Hard to find but no one wants them when they pop up for sale. I got mine for $1500 with two sets of door pods. Sold the spare set of pods for $500

Yeah exactly.  Just watched an Mtech II kit go for $700 here.  And it took weeks to sell.

Also.  Original unmolested E30

Proceeds to list quite a few mods......

Like with any car. Anyone can list a car at whatever price they want. To find a buyer that closes the deal is a different story.

A car is worth only as much as someone else will pay for it.

The E30 Madness continues, nicely presented but lets be honest a 318i wouldn't pull a sailor off your sister.
