lbo99 39 Report post Posted July 1, 2019 Thinking of replacing the engine and transmission mounts of my car as they are all quite worn. Has anyone here happened to replace theirs before? I'm actually thinking to replace mine with the UUC ones instead of the OEM as they provide a lifetime warranty. zero 1160 Report post Posted July 1, 2019 Pretty easy job. The m3 mounts are slightly firmer than the stock ones - about 15% I think. Don't be surprised if your old mounts come out in pieces or look severely damaged as these often fail on our cars. Make sure you torque the trans mounts to the correct torque or if you overtighten you will get vibration. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
