5 series Style 32s and an E36

Recommended Posts

On a whim I bought a set of 5 series style 32s thinking they were the 3 series versions. Just wondering if anyone has fitted them to an E36? They are 8x17 and 9x17,  ET 20 and 26.

I've got 17x8s et20 all round on my E36 with 225/45s. Had to roll the guards but otherwise they fit, very close though. Does rub a little with more than one person in the car over bigger bumps.

With narrower tyres it wouldn't be an issue.

if it was the 17x8 et20 all 4 its an easy fit with 215/40/17 tyres.

you could fit the same 215/40/17 tyres on the 17x9 rear to make it work but will be more stretched than the front.

rolled guards is pretty much a must

Hmmm, I am not sure I want to roll the guards. I will give them a cleanup and put them in the for sale section.

Always liked the 66s on a 36.

To get the rubberrizing of the rear guards????.....thats quite a mission. A wire wheel + a drill helps heaps though. ...
