leftfield choice?

This has slightly piqued my interest (as a second round town vehicle).

Decent engine, practical, well specced, good fuel economy, space for dog in boot.

The obvious flaws in the driving experience don't matter so much for round town driving, would want to check out the hail damage (pre-photos if possible).

Thoughts?

I drove a 218i for work when one of our Mini's was getting repaired. Was actually quite nice.. compared to the corollas we had prior...

BMW NZ has been known to make the same mistake (3.5L 335i E90 anyone?). 'Twinpowerturbo' is fairly confusing for Joe Punter.

In all seriousness, the B48 seems a pretty good combo of performance / economy / reliability

This isn’t a “punter” or a private sale, so you would think a dealer would get that right as CGA would apply and this could constitute mis-representation.

Drive one in anger and I think you will pretty well surprised. They have great balance for a front wheel drive car, to the point you forget it is front wheel drive
