Tyres are 235/40x18.

Can anyone advise whether there's goona be any problems with the tyre size and the 1993 E36 sedan??

(I tried to search the forum, but didn't come up with much)

I guess I'll be needin to lower the car as well??

Would appreciate any wisdom y'all have to impart.

Cheers,

Jammaster James

Tyre size should be OK - what is the offset of the wheels?

Will look cool.

You're a funny mo fo.

Offset is 38p.

Got a bit worried cause one of my Nigghas (who rolls in a Legacy) reckoned the tyres would rub against the sides... with some years of the 3-series rides...

However my motto's always been: "It always touches the sides baby".....

I'm 99% sure you'll be fine. that is the right offset I beleive and 235 should be OK on e36. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Also your profile should be 35 but you could get away with 40 - but then you'll have more chance for rubbing.

You should be alright with the tyres, i have the same tryes on my e36 and i only get a little guard rub on full lock but its pretty sweet. As for lowering it, you may need to roll the guards especially at the rear as its a tight fit. According to the guy who fittted my tryes anyway

Mints wheels BTW
