Sorry Kyle, didn"t get that far. Did about 30km today after update, did a few M pulls using paddles, felt even twittchy in third! Only 3 days into FIMC upgrade, so I think car still sorting its self out, have 6 new index 12 injectors in also, they love it!

No I can't imagine a 3rd party inspection will go well. I wouldn't be touching it unless I knew my way around them well, had a space to work on it and got a decent discount on the asking price. Still, there will always be people that will be attracted to the cheapest M3 available. Personally I think that the E92's available at the same price represent a much better value proposition than the E46's right now.

BMW Imperial Blue is such a good looking colour, I don't think there is any BMW that doesn't look nice in it. Also, cannot be paired with black trim.

Love my Orient Blue E46, but favorite colours that feel iconic to me would be: Estoril blue on an E36 M3 Delphin Grey(?) on an E30 mtech 2 coupe

I wouldn't pick ether to learn how to drift in. Committed drifting will always end in the car being damaged in some way. From Minor to Major a newer BMW like you have suggested is not a cheap fix. You would be better off learning in an old E36 with low HP. Learn car control before moving onto something powerful. If you can make some old junk you don't care about Drift well you will be better off. It would quite honestly be cheaper for you to fly to Japan and go to one of the Drift schools than it would be to even set up an M3 to drift well and reliably. As for track day driving. Both would be great fun.

So after several months of waiting and collecting parts, I have now managed to install the - New Engine Mounts - New Front and Rear suspension bushes - Rear adjustable suspension mounts - New Rear brake rotors and pads Have also had the diff reconditioned and awaiting the new diff oil. Once done, I can then mount the diff to the swapped out drive shafts and hopefully start it up and take it for a test drive after bleeding the brakes and some misc wiring etc And in other good news, have managed to suss out a painter and an ex certifier to assist with some paper work etc

Techno violet and Laguna seca Depends hugely on the car model though. Ive seen e39’s in both techno violet and laguna seca and it didn’t look right. E36 look great in TV and e46 +f13 look great in LSB
