i i have a 1989 320I facelift model sedan

hi there ppl i was wondering if there is anybody out there that can help me here i have a person that has a second hand fuel pump, but the thing is that the last series of numbers doesn't match up to the series of number that are on my fuel pump, would this cause a problem if i were to get a mismatched series of number on the second hand fuel pump and install it to my car????? please help

hey there i am experiencing the same issues as 34play when i am sitting stationary the temp goes abit over half way the when i am driving it goes under the half way mark does anybody know the fuse box layout on a E30 and also which fuse i have to replace to remidy this minor problem that i am having please

there is a clicking sound from the starter motor

hi there all could someone please advise me on this minor problem that we are experiencing "sometimes" after driving around town the car decides to not turn over but it seems to have power but the starter doesn't seem to do it's like it doesn't want to roll over but after waiting for a couple of mins it decides to turn over and start like if there is nothing wrong would anybody be able to shine some light. I'm not that literate on engine talk but could people please bear with me and help me out please

hey there pplz myself and my partner are new to the forum and would like to introduce ourselves we Own a mint as 1989 E30 4 door sedan white in colour but we have plans for this car in the near future we got this car for $1300 dollars and what i thought was great was that it has a new bill of health it came with a fully reconditioned engine with only a 128,000 kms done on it and also the transmission was reconditioned new brakes new tyre's and all the work was done by a retired BMW mechanic. this car was intentionally brought for his son but instead he went for the hand me down car from another family member. then we snapped it up i think i have a photo of it and i'll be posting it on here.
