Ray did the conversion in my E46 M3, couldn't fault it. He can also re flash the DME to CSL spec for you which enables a few cool features.

Factory E46 M3 suspension- As per the photo. Worked fine , no leaks when removed from car for coilover install. Came out of car around the 115-120 k mark. Central Auckland, pick ups only. $200 ono

Michelin pilot sport 2 x2( 265/40/18 decent amount of tread left)$200 each. Falken 452 x2 ( 235/35/19 good tread slight camber wear) $100 each. Achilles 215/35/19 x2( slight camber wear good tread) $100 each.

Nope before I went down the stance route I was running 245/35/19 in the front and a 285/35/19 in the rear had slight rubbing when the car was low so a 275 would be perfect. If no one wants them and I have to keep I will run a 275/30/19 on the rear will eliminate any rubbing.
