Yep. Was actually back in Dec 2020. Just got the very start of MIQ. I was in Rotorua, had a great time actually. But managed to get in before the backlog started.

OK Folks. So the next project is the new daily.. What is is? - E30 coupe, Ex pickapart shell from years back, sat in a paddock for the last few years. What will it be? - E30 318i (M44) turbo.. Circa 350ish WHP, handle like a race car, look sharp, yet feel like a Bentley when you are in it.. Here is some turbo parts porn whilst i formulate some photos and more details about the project..

Hey folks.. Thought id spend some time for a bit of a write up here to share with you all one of the little projects of mine from last year. So... Lets start at the start. I come back to NZ... Catch up with some old friends, and between us we decide its a good idea to go endurance racing.. Great.. We have a car, E36 325i.. Cage, coilovers and a slippy diff.. We are sorted. So off we go. Well after a couple of 8hour events at taupo and consistently getting JUST beaten by a Sanyong Ute with 120L fuel tank that could run 2 less pit stops than us.. We decided to take action.. We needed a bigger fuel tank.. Well.. 9 months later and more than a few hours.. We end up with the "new car".... What goal posts??? Details to follow!!
