I just swapped my 92 318i motor to one from a 94 320i and am having issues getting it started, As the car wiring is a bit diffenent i can't determine if the car had some sort of immobiliser, There is an additional green wire in the X20 connector (Pin 7) which i think may be the issue. What signal is this expecting and how can i give it this signal from a 92 car? There was a lot more wiring under the dash of the 94 than the 92 but surely there must be a way to make it work? HELP!!!
