Please leave trailers over in the car park as we will need all of pit lane for parking

REMEMBER

Bring your Drivers License, Helmet & suitable overalls, ie clean 100% cotton or race overalls.

The closest 98 is Mobil at Mercer, about 10 minutes drive or BP at Bombay, or BP between Huntly & Ngaruawahia , both about 20 minutes drive so bring plenty with you.

Also park in pit lane on the pavilion side of the control tower, ie nearest the pit exit.

See those bimmersport members who are driving in the morning.

Was a mean day, was good to see a few Bimmersporter’s there, spotted Glenn in the infield in the morning and Ian later in the day, Jamez and Eagle were out on track also so was nice to see some BMW’s there trying to keep up with our hatch backs ^_^

Megane didn’t miss a beat, setting low 1.20 lap times on avaerage road tyres.

was a good day out, managed to get into the low 1:23's consistently which is alright for an 280k e30 with some good front brake pads and 10 yearold semi slick's. Only problem is I ripped both front engine bushes apart :(

got a few mods lined up that should see me getting into the 1:21's next time :)

Thanks for coming guys, was a great day.

I did 9.6 L per 100km for 2.5 hours of "quick" driving up and 5 sessions on the track.

The wagon went quite well for what it is, got most lines sorted near the end of the day which was my only goal.

Some very nice pictures thanks to Rabit and his very nice camera.

This is only a few photos’ that were taken but you get the idea of what Eurosport is about, we had 30 odd cars and all had a fantastic day. Some BMW’s near the end to keep you fanboys happy.

My favourite is the Chevette, it is seriously a machine and a half and was as quick and quicker than anything (road car) there.
