What'd you do to your BMW today?

Currently in the process of polishing it in the garage...

Though... I really should be working on the headers. :rolleyes:

This is more like what Ive done to my BMW this week...

Replaced intake pipe

Got some grilles

Fixed horn

Located major short in the loom and "customised" it

Rewired reverse switch

Put interior back in

Changed hori burnt out bonnet to hori matte black/tagged bonnet (actually an improvement lol)

Put new tyres on my standard wheels

Got BBS RC's sandblasted (Powder coating in progress)

WOF/REG (in progress)

Next weeks to do list..

Black out grilles

Paint hori bonnet

Tyres -> rims

Rims -> car

GIT CAR MOAR LOE

Shorten shocks

Take photos?

I had mine done in satin black. They look ok ,but with yours having the concave I hope you get something that reflects the light better and shows them off

Yup got it back, then two were stolen, then managed to recover them.

Yea Im going satin black as well.

If theyre too dull ill just chuck a clear coat over them.

I'm also going to wash her after work with a blondy helping. A cute blondy too, I hope the sun comes out so it's really hot and she wears a bikini. I also hope my mother doesn't come outside and see a hot blondy washing my car in a bikini.

Silly me, I lost control around a corner. Lucky I corrected it. That's never happened before :(

edit: so i guess a good project is new tires.

Did some sweet rally driving in the e32 yesterday, got two flat tyres :/ Auto trans also finally died, got towed home, wasnt a very good day.

And new front rotors and pads for the e30 today.

started my 535 for the 1st time in months.... became inspired to get my A into G and get it sorted and back on the road..... plus dreamed up more future mods ill probably never get around to lol.

Went and picked up E30 bits to throw battery in boot, and a new E36 328i radiator. Picked up some M50 bits from the strippers, dumped them at the powder coaters.

Coughed at all the smoke the M20B23 blew out as I accelerated, after engine braking down hill :D

Keep telling myself its just gotta last 2 more months ;)

Anyone know how to clean the inside of side indicators on E39s? Got a bit've a tinge to it so yeah, would like to give it a clean :)

Wheels centers off to get acid dipped, finally finished sanding out the curbage/stone chips from the lipzz

assembled + installed left strut except for the tie rods (thanks gavin!) just one more corner to go!
