BMTHUG 942 Report post Posted February 17, 2016 I suspect it will require a cert even though the bases I want are designed to couple the SRx's to the E36, are genuine Recaro and have belt receptacles built in. M3AN 4015 Report post Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) And finally... after much delay and procrastination my wheels are done and I'm very happy with the result. I still need new centre cap inserts but they've been ordered from Germany and should be here in the next few weeks. There are no silver inserts available any more so I need to make some more decisions when my black ones arrive. This is a subtle shadow chrome, slightly less shadow and slightly more chrome than the OEM e39 M5 wheels. My photography skills don't really do them justice. Not too fond of the fake carbon fibre look but I didn't have an option and it can't be seen from a distance. I also thought the lettering was going to be gold but stoked to find that it's silver. But they don't fit over my valves properly IIRC and I didn't get them painted. You've just reminded me of them, I might try and find them.
